The ODN-Miami Valley’s mission is to be a “community of discovery” for practitioners and scholars of Organization Development (OD) in the Miami Valley.
Our vision and perspective of OD fosters a systemic view of organizational life and places particular emphasis on the group, interpersonal, and leadership dynamics that help to foster and sustain thriving organizations. We strive to provide a forum for learning and renewal for all our members. Our organization provides a space for insightful reflection and sharing. Our members are engaged, committed participants who invest in building one another. Our organization is alive with excitement and possibility, serving as a nexus of activity to build significant relationships between organizational scholars, practitioners, and leaders.
The Organization Development Network for the Miami Valley is an independent affiliate of the national Organization Development Network. ODN-MV shares the knowledge and advances of and is dedicated to excellence in the Organization Development expertise of the Miami Valley Region of Ohio (USA).
